Welcome, fellow bibliophiles and curious minds, to our dazzling A2MM Book Clubs!
Prepare yourselves for an enchanting adventure through the written word. Whether you’re a seasoned bookworm or a casual page-turner, this club is all about celebrating stories, engaging in spirited discussions, and—of course—having a great time!

First and foremost – we have two book clubs; one for Adults and another for Children. Shruti Parkhe leads the Adult Book Club while Asmita Dharap leads the Book Club for Children.

Here’s what you need to know:

  1. One Book a Month: We’ll embark on a monthly literary journey, exploring a new book every 30 days. We’ll give you a full month to devour each book at your leisure (or with gusto, depending on your reading style).
  2. All Are Welcome: Whether you read 10 books a week or haven’t cracked open a novel since high school, you’re invited to join! Kids are welcome too—provided they don’t disturb the magic of our discussions.
  3. Book Selections: The illustrious lead shall choose our monthly literary gems and share them with you via a snazzy Google Docs link.
  4. Sourcing Your Tome: It’s your quest to find the book—whether you borrow it from the library, peruse it on Libby, or snatch it from a bookshop shelf. The choice is yours!
  5. Book Language = English: The books will be in English (unless you’re a secret polyglot, in which case, we applaud you).
  6. Monthly Gatherings: We shall convene once a month, either virtually or in person, for a 2-hour bookish bonanza where we’ll dive deep into the pages of our latest literary treasure.
  7. Meeting Etiquette:
    1. Each meeting kicks off with a grand book summary. If you missed the reading (or only got halfway through), fear not—you can always chime in, and someone will guide you through the plot.
    2. Your exuberant lead will prep questions to prompt lively discussions and ask everyone for their thoughts.
    3. Every answer is treasured, and no opinion shall be judged! We’re here to explore, not to critique.
    4. Respect for others’ perspectives is key—whether you agree or not, let’s keep it classy and cordial.
    5. Notes, scribbles, daydreams, or the occasional burst of inspiration—bring it all. The more, the merrier!
